DESCRIPTION:

A blend of skim milk and vegetable fat.

 

APPLICATIONS:

Yoghurt, bakery, desserts, confectionery, cream fillings, cheese and coffee whiteners.

 

BENEFITS:

cost effective alternative to whole milk powder. It can be used in large scale food production processes, having the same fat content as whole milk.

 

STORAGE:

Product must be stored in a cool, dry place, at temperature below 25°C and relative humidity below 75%, product has a 1-year shelf life in the original packaging.
